The Greene – Clifton Senior Housing Development was designed to add character to the neighborhood and match the local city scape. In Place Tenant rehabilitation.

Alvin Malcolm Senior Housing sponsored by the United Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ provided much needed housing to the Bronx neighborhood at that time.

The sponsor of this project St marks Episcopal Church allowed for the development of 79 units of senior housing through the federally funded HUD 202 program on land that was owned by the church but underutilized.

Sponsored by Robert H. Moore HDFC of the BEC Communities.  This projected provided much needed affordable senior housing to this area of Brooklyn.

Brisa Builders served as the general contractor for the new construction of 109 units of senior housing through the HUD 202 program, The new building brought much needed affordable senior housing to the Harlem, NY community.

Bethany Development Senior Housing  host 63 affordable senior housing units. This facility is well maintained and is instrumental in providing a better quality of life for the elderly.

Brisa Builders served as General Contractor for 57 units of senior housing.

The Lucille Rose Manor is handicap accessible, apartments and common areas are designed to meet the safety needs of elderly residents including handrails and call buttons in all common hallways.
